Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.

• Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, your order may be confirmed, prepared, quality-checked, packed, and handed over to our courier partner.
• Orders with custom embroidery may require additional processing time.
• Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, high order volumes, remote-area limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Doc Scrubs delivers across Pakistan to locations serviceable by our courier partners. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, an active phone number, and any additional information required for successful delivery.

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, subject to courier serviceability. For standard, non-customized orders, customers can place their order without making an advance payment and pay the applicable amount when the parcel is delivered.

To prevent incorrect or unconfirmed orders, our team may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before processing or dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated or displayed during the ordering or checkout process. When Free Delivery is available as part of an offer or promotion, the relevant conditions will be displayed on our website.

There will be no hidden shipping charges added after order confirmation, except where additional charges become necessary because of a customer-requested change, re-delivery, or another situation covered by this policy.

Doc Scrubs offers personalization on selected products, including custom name embroidery and other available embroidery options.

Because a personalized scrub is prepared specifically for the customer, a small Rs. 500 Advance Confirmation Payment is required before customization begins. The Rs. 500 advance is not an additional charge. It will be deducted from your final order amount.
