1. What products does Doc Scrubs offer?
We offer Men’s Scrubs, Women’s Scrubs, Lab Coats, and Premium Scrubs, including unique Doc Scrubs designs.
2. What fabric are your scrubs made from?
Our standard scrub sets are made from poly-cotton fabric & Polyester Spandex, selected for comfort, durability, and everyday professional wear.
3. What sizes are available?
Our standard sizes are S, M, L, and XL. Please check the product Size Guide before ordering.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan in serviceable locations.
5. How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days in Lahore, 2–5 business days in major cities, and 3–7 business days in remote areas. Standard order processing generally takes 1–3 business days.
6. Can I get my name embroidered on my scrubs?
Yes. Custom name embroidery is available on selected products. Customized orders require a Rs. 500 advance confirmation payment, which is adjusted against your final order total.
7. Can I exchange my scrub if the size doesn't fit?
Yes. Eligible standard products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
8. What if I receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. Once verified, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
9. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Doc Scrubs delivers across Pakistan to locations serviceable by our courier partners.
10. Do you offer bulk orders for hospitals and clinics?
Yes. We accept bulk orders for hospitals, clinics, medical institutes, and healthcare teams. Contact us directly for availability, customization, and bulk pricing.
